The resort opened its doors in 2012 for the first time and has been a favorite among families ever since.

The resort consists of 57 apartments and hotel rooms. The apartments are designed for two to ten people. The hotel rooms can accommodate two to four people.
In the hotel's large buffet restaurant, you can treat yourself in the morning and in the evening with our warm buffet.

In the wellness area you will find a pool, sauna and steam bath. Please note that you need a bathrobe here, you can get one at the reception for a surcharge of 10, - € per person. Towels are available daily at the reception at no extra charge.

Children are sure to enjoy the playroom and the children's cinema here. (Parents are responsible for their children.)

In the basement of our hotel you will find our ski cellar and parking garage (2.10 meters).

Location of Grafenberg Resort

The hotel’s location is unique - only 50 m from the Grafenberg lift, which takes you up to the family friendly ski area around Wagrain. The new G-link gondola runs above the hotel and connects the two mountains on each side of Wagrain. Just outside the hotel there is a small slope, where our youngest guests learn to ski.

Half board in Grafenberg Resort

All offers in Grafenberg Resort come with half board as standard. Half board is served at the hotel's buffet restaurant and consists of a full breakfast in the morning and a big dinner buffet in the evening, which is divided into two sittings. The dinner buffet also includes beverage self-service. Included drinks are: water, soft drinks, beer and the house wine. In addition, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cake are served every afternoon at 15:30 - 16:30.

Breakfast buffet: 07:00 - 09:30

Dinner buffet: 17:30 - 19:15 and 19:45 - 21:30

There is free Wi-Fi internet in the entire hotel. Speed and stability can vary depending on number of users.

Grafenberg Resort parking

The parking garage at Grafenberg Resort is €5 per night, and has a limited number of space. The garage height is 2.10 m. When the garage is full, or your car is too high, the hotel staff will assign you alternative parking in the area.

At Grafenberg Resort we offer two charging stations for electric cars. The stations are located on the lower floor of our underground parking (max. Height 2m). Prior reservation is not possible due to high demand. Should you require the station, please type it in the reservation.

City tax

City tax is not included in the price and will be charged on arrival in the Hotel.

Wasserwelt Wagrain

Both in the winter- and summer season you have daily free access to water fun in Wasserwelt Wagrain. In the summer season, you have a daily entrance to the indoor and outdoor pool. By bad weather the entrance will be limited to 3 hours. In the winter season, you have 3 hours entrance to the indoor pool.

Apartments in Grafenberg Resort

All apartments have a living room with a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The living area consists of a seating area with a dining table, a sofa, a flat screen TV and a balcony.

All bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with shower and toilet and are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Apartment furnishings may vary slightly. 16 of our apartments are penthouse apartments and differ from the other apartments only in the height of the ceilings and three of the apartments have bay windows. These rooms are available for a small supplement.

21 of the 57 rooms and apartments are on the north side of the house. All 6-bed apartments are on this side. Please note that these have limited views.

Apartments are cleaned twice a week.
Please note that the furnishings are not necessarily the same in all rooms.
Grafenberg Resort is a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas. Ashtrays are located outside the entrances, on the balconies and on the terraces.

Grafenberg Resort offers a laundry service (contact reception): 10,- for 1 wash and 20,- for 1 wash/dry.
